I still have contact with SnowyPackel. He's indeed working for object shows, I don't know if he's working for JacknJellify specifically, but I do know he works for Inanimate Insanity and Haminations. The improvement he's made since I first knew him is astronomical. Words cannot describe. It's funny, some of my other animator friends have gone on to work for other YouTubers. Some friends even as far back as 2016.

Life gets in the way sometimes. Work is busy, and I'm currently in the process of moving to another state. I'm trying my best to make time for drawing or programming. I did some 3D modeling for a project with a friend and I programmed some software in Python to catalog my game collection. I'm a nerd.

I'm super happy that my website captures that feeling. Modern Internet feels so... samey. There's some creative use of the modern design, but because it's so bare bones it doesn't leave much for expansion. I recommend taking a look at websites on Neocities. They are some of the most creative things I've seen on the internet.

Do make a blog if you want to, they're fun! Please do share if you end up creating it. This domain cost 13$, and hosted through Namecheap. Server-side backend is through PHP and MySQL. They work by creating dynamic websites and modify databases respectively.

Idk if you remember him but SnowyPackel now animates for I think Jacknjellify (or it could be some other object show, i'm not sure). I'm not really in contact with him anymore though. HE LOCKED THE FUCK IN. Proud of a homie for that one.

I'm sitting here rotting in my dorm room trying to make my shitty python (flask) API to work while still having not finished a decent game project.

I quit working on my multiplayer game because I barely had enough time to do so... that was back in high school.

Anyway yeah, periodically I like to check in on this site because it reminds me of an online world that I never really got to experience. An online world before corporate slop corporatized and sloppified the internet.

It's nice to see you keep that world alive with this site. I think there's a sort of renaissance of this old internet spirit, and I for one am all for it.

I'm also creating a kind of blogfolio thingy, similar to this. I will probably share it here when I'm done. How much does this domain cost you? Also, are you using some hosting service and how does your backend or API work with that?

It's so weird thinking that 2020 was 4, almost 5, years ago. Time is going so fast and I can't keep up.

Feels like one minute I'm in my first year of Highschool, drawing, animating, and playing Minecraft to pass the time to now being graduated with a job and soon to be moving into my own place within the next couple months. Given everything goes well. Of course, I still do all of the hobbies I previously stated above just more focused on Drawing and Programming.

From what I know, I think independent stores is what you're looking for; something like Etsy. It's focused on allowing artists to sell their own handmade products and usually don't profit off of others (Although not to say that it's not there, just not as common). Whereas a website like RedBubble doesn't give a hoot if you steal unless it's copyright infringement.

i swear, life has moved wayyyy too fast ever since the pandemic started lol. one moment i'm in my bedroom playing minecraft when i was supposed to be paying attention to a zoom class, next thing you know i'm in my second year of college and working part-time as IT for my university, and about to visit california in like one week. the world is chaotic and life is sometimes overwhelming but i hope you're doing okay! half a decade has gone by since i made that minecraft video which feels crazy to me

btw silly question, do you know like a good website where i can buy cool stickers that don't profit off of stolen art?
