You shouldn't feel the need to draw whenever you don't want to. Art isn't a schedule or deadline (unless we're talking in freelance). You should feel free to draw when you want to! As for burn out... That's tough. Everyone experiences burn out differently.

Animating became not as fun as it used to be, there was a time when I animated weekly. Which I don't recommend at all. Eventually it got to the point I just could not do it. Animating is really hard and draining! I've never had a reason to upload anything after that.
